Larry Allen Potts, age 62, passed away March 5, 2014. He is the son of the late Allen and Louise Potts.
Larry is survived by his sisters Janice Jim Rice of Otsego, MI, Dorene Chad Pond of Granger, IN, and JoAnne Potts of Kalamazoo, MI. Aunts: Lorraine Fletcher and Dorothy Turk of Kalamazoo. Nieces: Amanda Jacob Myers of Otsego, MI, and Abbie and Cara Pond of Granger, IN. Nephew: Jamie Katie Rice of Otsego, MI. Great nephew and great niece: Austin and Audrey Myers.
Larry was a lifelong resident of Portage, MI. and retired from Parker Hannifin where he made many lifelong friends. He enjoyed his golf outings in Northern Michigan, his bowling teams, and the time he spent fishing and boating with family and friends on Crooked Lake. Larry’s optimistic outlook and kindness towards others continued to the end of his life.
