Lara A. Corya Claybaugh, 31, Anderson, died June 24, 2003 at Community Hospital, Anderson after an extended illness. She was born September 18, 1971 in Anderson, Indiana, and was a lifelong Anderson resident. She was a manger at Great Clips. She was a 1989 graduate of Frankton High School. She was a member of Alexandria First Baptist Church and also attended Southern Heights Christian Church. She was an assistant coach for Frankton Jr. High School Volleyball team. She was a national champion in Archery in 1982 with J.O.A.D. She liked motorcycling. She is survived by her husband whom she married January 2, 1999 in Alexandria, Jeff Claybaugh; three daughters, Brittany Crooks, Cortney Crooks and Ashley Crooks all of Anderson; one son, Joshua Claybaugh; parents Larry N. & Lea M. Finch Corya; a brother, Michael & wife Angie Corya of Anderson, grandparents, Virginia Corya of Anderson and Cullen & Norma Finch of California; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
