Kristopher Lee Hillier, 48, of Galesburg, died at 11:17 p.m. Monday, December 13, 2021 at OSF St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg.
Kris was born January 31, 1973 in Galesburg, the son of Tab William and Rosemarie (Smith) Hillier.
Kris is survived by his mother, Rosemarie Raska of Galesburg; one son, Tucker Hillier of Fairbury, IL; and two daughters, Hannah Hillier of Bloomington, IL and Ashleigh Hillier of Galesburg, IL.
Kris is also survived by four brothers, Mike Hillier of Galesburg, Mason (Jillian) Hillier of Canton, Elijah Hillier of Fairview, IL, and Justin Raska of Galesburg, IL; five sisters, Dana Caves of Galesburg, Tabitha (Eric) Sundberg of Galesburg, Tara Hillier of Galesburg, Trisha (Justin) Jarvis of Galesburg, and Torrie Hillier of Galesburg, IL; three step brothers, George Raska, Jr. of Utah, Clay (Michelle) Raska of Lexington, KY, and Bryan (Kaleigh) Norris of Hanna City, IL; and two step sisters, Shawna Raska of Tulsa, OK and Shayley (Mike) Bergmann of Galesburg, IL.
Kris was preceded in death by his father, Tab on March 15, 2017. Kris enjoyed playing football when he was younger and spent many years coaching youth sports in Galesburg. Kris also loved playing rec softball for many years. He was an avid Chicago sports team fan, especially the Bears, Cubs, and the Bulls.
