Hulda C. Kollmann, 91, of Albers, died Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese. She was born August 10, 1915 in Renault, IL, daughter of William and Christina (Melching) Fauss. She married Herman Kollmann on November 25, 1958 at St. Mary’s Church in Belleville and he survives. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sisters, Clara Heller of Renault, and Hilda Baker and husband Elmer of Red Bud; a brother-in-law, Joe Kollmann of New Baden and three sisters-in-law, Alice Bergmann of Percy, Hermina Kollmann of New Baden and Teresa Kollmann of Red Bud; she is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Lena Keim, Freida Knepper, Emma Melching; four brothers, William Fauss, Theodore Fauss, Lee Fauss and Raymond Fauss; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Oliver Keim, Walter Knepper, Emil Melching, George Heller, Sister Mary Lucida , ASC, Sister Mary Clement, ASC, Sister Mary Sebastian, ASC, William “Jack” Kollmann, Mildred Kollmann, Catherine Kollmann, in infancy, Lucille Kollmann, Annie Kollmann, and Bernadine Kollmann. Mrs. Kollmann was a seamstress for Bridal Originals in Belleville. She was a member of St. Bernard Parish.
