Kim Starr age 54, of Ashland, died Sunday May 9, 2010 at her residence. She was born on January 30, 1956 in Bellevue, Ohio, the daughter of Richard and Joanne (Radkey) Starr . Miss Starr lived most all of her life in Ashland where she had been employed with the Ashland City Schools for over 20 years. She loved animals and children.
Survivors include her father Richard Starr of Dania Beach, FL., her mother Joanne Starr of Ashland, sister and brother in-law, Joie and Jim Rabon of Haymarket, VA., along with her brother and sister in-law, Mark and Connie Starr of Delaware, OH.
She was preceded in death by her brother Rick Starr.
