FITCH, Kim D died January 30, 2014, at age 58. Kim was born November 27, 1955, in Coldwater, MI to the late William P. and Juanita E. Parker Fitch.
He was a graduate of Coldwater High School in 1974. He was united in marriage to Cherlyn Ritsema on April 17, 1991, who survives. Kim loved life and loved people. He enjoyed many interests and hobbies, among them were sports, especially the Detroit Tigers and University of Michigan, camping and fishing, mushrooming and gardening. He loved his dog Jade and his music, which was said to be what defined him. Kim is survived by his wife, Cherlyn Ritsema of Gobles; daughter, Erica Fitch of Omaha, NE; brothers, Hal Colleen Fitch and Scott Fitch; sister, Wendy Steve DeYoung; the mother of his daughter, Cathy Moffett; and many nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by brothers, Joseph and Brad Fitch.
