Smith1954`2022Kevin Scott Smith, loving husband, father, brother, son, uncle, and grandfather (Boppy), passed away Wednesday January 19th 2022 at the age of 67. Kevin was born March 19th, 1954 in Philadelphia to Hadden and Bobbie Smith and was the middle of three brothers. He spent his life in Media (Middletown Township), Pennsylvania. He attended Crossroads Community Church in Upper Darby where he met and married his wife Lois in 1977. They enjoyed a loving marriage for 44 years and were blessed with four children. Kevin had a deep love for camping, nature, and animals which he and his wife Lois instilled in their entire family. He had many interests in life, some of which included: Ford performance vehicles (especially his 2001 Mustang Cobra), NASCAR, The Philadelphia Eagles, Nitro RC cars, his love for his pets, and spending time with his family. He took great pride in working as a salesman for the family business, Media Camping Center. His favorite RV to sell was the Winnebago Adventurer, which he insisted on taking on every family vacation. Some of his favorite places to visit were Hickory Run State Park, Fort Wilderness Campground and Skyline Drive. His favorite racetracks were Charlotte Motor Speedway, Bristol Motor Speedway, and Richmond International Speedway. He loved sharing these places with his family. Kevin served faithfully as a member and Deacon of his church for many years. Through his faith in Christ, Kevin is now resting in the arms of Jesus. Kevin is survived by his beloved wife Lois; his son Stephen; son Timothy, wife Jacqueline and son River; son Michael; daughter Kate, husband Zachary Baer, and son Forest. He is also survived by father E. Hadden and mother Roberta Smith; brother Hadden, and wife Janice and children; brother Warren, wife Brenda and children; sister-in-law Priscilla, husband Eugene Pinero, and children; brother-in-law Daniel George, wife Cindy and children; brother-in-law Stephen George, and children; brother-in-law Andrew George, wife Amy and children; brother-in-law Joel George, wife Carol and children; and many nieces and nephews.
