He was born February 18, 1967, in Jacksonville, the son of Greg and Susan “Susy” Sheehan Pennell.
He is survived by his parents of Utica; five daughters, Tarryn Sheehan, Nikki (husband, Dylan) Brejc, Gracie Sheehan, Morgan Lampson, and Kendall Green; one grandson, Kamdyn Anderson; one sister, Penny Pennell; and his maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Lisa Murphy of Utica.
Kevin loved NASCAR and the Chicago Cubs.
