Kevin Stiverson passed away at home on Friday January 15th, 2022.

Kevin was born in Berlin, Germany in 1968. He spent his early years in El Paso, TX and Okinawa, Japan, traveling with his family while his father was in the US Air Force. After Japan the family moved to Bellevue, NE, and eventually back to Littleton, CO when his father retired in 1980. Kevin was a 1986 graduate of Littleton High School.

From a young age Kevin was a very good athlete. He started swimming in Okinawa, and participated in many tournaments, including an International swim meet in Taiwan. He kept swimming in High School, eventually picking up Diving and excelling at that sport, once placing 6th in State. He enjoyed Trap, Skeet, and Sporting Clays shooting with his father and brother, and competed in archery leagues. He was also good at parlor games, being a very good at pool, darts, ping pong, and an excellent bowler. His competitive nature led him to compete in almost everything he did.

Kevin’s competitive nature translated to his work career, always moving on to the next challenge. During his life he was an automotive mechanic, a Fence builder, an all-around handyman, several stints in retail, a window specialist, a cook, and a food preparer.

Kevin’s gregarious nature allowed him to talk to anyone, anytime, anywhere. He never met a stranger, and he was always good for a laugh that left a grin on your face. He was stubborn, but would give the shirt off his back to those in need. He was also compassionate, and loved animals.

Kevin leaves behind his Mother Joy, his sister Michelle and brother Michael, his Uncle and Aunt Doug & Jo, and many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

He will be greatly missed by so many.
