Kerry Allen Haley

January 23, 1968 – May 19, 2018

Kerry Allen Haley of  North Little Rock, Arkansas formerly of Sheridan, Arkansas was born January 23, 1968 in Portsmouth, Virginia, the son of Floyd and Nancy Haley. He passed away on May 19, 2018 at UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas after a 17 month battle with cancer.

Kerry was a 1986 graduate of Sheridan High School and went on to pursue a business degree at UALR. After graduation at UALR, he went in the Real Estate business where he worked for himself. For many years, Kerry worked in management for Waste Management, traveling the United States. In most recent years, he served as Director of Rineco Transportation in Haskell, Arkansas.

Kerry loved to hunt with his dad. They took many trips in search of “the big one” and always came back with new mounts and stories that would keep you laughing for days. He loved his family and friends and was always there when they needed him. He had a way of making stressful situations extremely calm and could always leave you with a smile. He will be missed terribly.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Judson and Wilma Allen Gregg, paternal grandparents, Elmo and Flora Haley and his older brother, Jeff Haley.

Left to cherish his memories are his parents, Floyd and Nancy Haley of North Little Rock; his beloved daughters, Julia and Katherine Haley of North Little Rock; his oldest brother, Jud Haley, Sr. and wife Beth and their children, Judson, Melinda, and Madison; his little sister, Kelly Haley Elkins and husband Ken and his “favorite little Okie: Madison as well as Jeff’s boys, Joseph and Justin. Additionally he leaves behind 2 great nephews and 3 great nieces as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of close friends.
