Kent Allen Hancher, 64, of Middletown, passed away on February 4, 2022, at his residence. He was born on December 30, 1957, in Elwood.
Kent graduated from Shenandoah High School.
He is survived by his parents, Kenneth and W. Jean Hancher; daughter, Ashley Chivers; sisters, Stephanie Stanley. Barbara Chambliss, and Vickie Bennett; brothers, Timothy Hancher and Kurt Hancher; grandchildren, Zarahleen Chivers and Octavian Chivers; and several nieces and nephews.
Kent was preceded in death by his nephews, Michael Bennett and Christopher Peckinpaugh; and brother-in-law, James Chambliss.
