Kenneth Warner, 75, of Toms River, NJ passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at home. Born in Queens, NY, he lived in Richmond Hill, NY before moving to Toms River 28 years ago. Kenneth was a Sergeant for the New York City Police Department, retiring in 1986 after 21 years of service. He then worked as a Tax Preparer for H&R Block in Toms River for 20 years. He served in the US Air Force and was a parishioner of St. Justin RC Church, Toms River. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 52 years Joanne (nee Russo), 4 children Thomas Warner of Toms River, Jeanne Warner and her husband Edward Kestel of Middle Village, NY, Michael Warner and his wife Christine of Whitney Point, NY & Kristine Tice of Toms River, a sister Carol Smith of Port Charlotte, FL, 2 grandchildren Kayla Tice and Joshua Tice.
