On June 23rd 2016. Kenneth Jr. passed away at age 31. He was the beloved son of Kenneth W. Rainey and Nancy Mecler and her husband Joe and dear brother of Julie. Grandson of the late Kent and Novella Denton Rainey, and the late Eugene and Imogene Shugars. Kenneth was also blessed with many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Linda Ann, Steve Golden and their children Brian and Steve Golden Jr., Rebecca Sue and Ronald Kenneth Debus and their children Jennifer and Justin Parvizimotlagh, Gerald and Carol Rainey and their children Diane Acosta and Gerald Rainey Jr., William and Susan Shugars and their daughter Amy, Thomas and Donna Shugars and their daughters Angela and Crystal. Jack Shugars and his son Eugene and daughter the late Rebecca.
Kenneth accomplished many achievements including becoming an Eagle Scout, a Graduate of Perry Hall Christian School, and North American Trade School. He was an Avid hunter, fisherman, Sports fan, and traveled playing pool.
