Kenneth Dean Reeder, 80, of Ammon, passed away May 24, 2018, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his family.
Ken was born October 19, 1937, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to William Russell Reeder and Annie Marguerite Schwartzmann Reeder. He grew up and attended schools in Shelley and Idaho Falls. He attended Holy Rosary Catholic School and graduated from Shelley High School where he played on the football team.
On May 25, 1956, he married Deanna Christensen in Idaho Falls. Together they had five children. They later divorced.
On October 19, 1966, he married Afton Irene Eaton Hansen in Idaho Falls, adding three children from her previous marriage to their family. Together they had three children. Afton passed away June 11, 2007.
On May 29, 2010, he married Rena Dolores Hult in Shelley, Idaho. Ken and Dolores made their home in Ammon, Idaho. Ken worked for Union Pacific Railroad as a clerk for 44 years.
