Kenneth Ray Bailey, 75, of Alpena, AR passed from this life on September 16, 2010. He entered eternal life in his daughters home in Azle, TX. He was born in Nugent, TX on March 5, 1935 son of the late Thomas and Lois Nixon Bailey. On November 2, 1952 he was united in marriage with Bobbie Rae Johnson. They moved from Texas to Arkansas and settled in the Alpena area in 1957. Kenneth worked at the school for several years and later opened his own company, Bailey Sanitation, in Alpena. He was a member of Alpena Church Of Christ. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 57 years, Bobbie Bailey, of Alpena; son, Kenneth Allen and wife Carla Bailey of Alpena; daughter, Glenda and husband Rick Thomason of Azle, TX; daughter, Sharon Jones of Harrison; four grandchildren: Heather Womack of Azle, Tx, Brad Thomason of Azle, TX; Thomas Jones of Harrison; Carlie Bailey of Alpena; and five great-grandchildren; six living brothers and sisters; Thomas Bailey of Nocona, TX, Maurice Bailey of Possum Trot; Earl Bailey of Nocona, TX; Pearl Crutcher of ODonnell, TX; Jannace VanTuyl of Midlothian, VA; and Dennis Bailey of Abilene, TX. He had many nieces and nephews. He was deeply loved and will be sorely missed.
