Mr. Mullins worked for Madison County Commission for 32 years. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed hunting and loved his little dog Duchess.
Mr. Mullins is survived by his wife of 47 years, Beverly Mullins; brother James C. Mullins (Judy); god son Eric Mullins (Jessica); god daughter Alicia Hall (Dewayne); grand god daughter Kelsey Mullins; nieces Jeannine Rockwell (Paul) and Teresa Mullins; and nephews Wayne Mullins (Lori), Jeff Mullins and Jonathan Mullins (Morgan).
