Kenneth Floyd Godfrey, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and brother passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2016, peacefully in his home in Brigham City, Utah. He was born April 23, 1928 in Magrath, Alberta, Canada, to parents Floyd and Clarice Card Godfrey. He grew up in Cardston, Alberta, Canada with five siblings, he being the eldest.
He served full time in the LDS French Switzerland Mission. Shortly after his return home, he attended Brigham Young University where he met the love of his life, Naone Mason. They were married for all time and eternity on December 27, 1951, in the Logan, Utah LDS Temple, and together raised three sons and a daughter.
Kenneth enjoyed many special callings throughout his life within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. These calling included Elder’s Quorum President, Bishop, Stake President, Mission President, Patriarch, and Temple Sealer.
