Mr. Kenneth Eugene Nelson, 72, formerly of 1709-J East Lexington Ave., died Friday, June 17, 2005 at Evergreens Senior Healthcare.
Mr. Nelson was born in Trinity, North Carolina on April 9, 1933, a son of John Wesley and Sadie Brown Nelson, who both preceded him in death. For most of his life he was a resident of Randolph and Guilford Counties, having lived in High Point for the past 31 years, and a graduate of William Penn High School, High Point. He was a retired baker at Jones Bakery, Winston Salem, North Carolina, and a veteran of the United States Army, having served a tour of duty during the Korean Conflict.
surviving relatives include one daughter, Roslyn Nelson; one brother, Larry Nelson and wife, Erma; one aunt, Catherine Brown, all of High Point; one nephew, Aaron Gaddy of Greensboro, North Carolina; other relatives and friends.
