Survivors include: his wife, Donna Petrie Mauldin, daughter, Autumn Votano, sons, Sativa “Tee” Mauldin, Omiga “Obe” Mauldin, and Ken Mauldin Jr., brother, Roy & Carmen Flores, sisters, Sissy & Jack Gallagher, Wanda & David Zuege, Debbie & Ernie Clark, Goldie & Buck Taylor, brother, Jerry & Priscilla Mauldin, Grandchildren, Izzaiah Mauldin, Alex Votano, Mya Votano, and Rhianon Mauldin.
