Born in Baltimore to the late Vernon and Catherine (Buckingham) Hepburn; brother of the late Catherine Cain and Edward Hepburn; uncle of Lois “Tweety” Pule and husband David of Baltimore and the late Dawn Marie Cain; nephew of Richard and Helen Lanham of Bel Air and close friend of James Cain of Baltimore. He served in the Army and was a retired engineer for the Federal Gov’t.
