Kenneth C. Marbeth Kenneth Charles Marbeth, 54, of Danbury, husband of Kay (Moreland) Marbeth, died on Friday, June 28, 2013 at Danbury Hospital. Ken was born in Chicago, IL, July 14, 1958, son of the late Kenneth A. and Shirley (Sutken) Marbeth. He attended Illinois school, where he was on the High School swim team, before moving to Connecticut and graduated from Bethel High School. He received a 4 year scholarship from the State of Connecticut for Tool and Model Making and while working during the day, he attended night courses at Abbott Technical School and graduated from Norwalk Technical College. A Danbury resident for the past thirty-nine years, Ken was a former machinist for Unimation, Barden Corp, and Eaton Corp. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, golfing, racquet ball, riding his motorcycle, working around the house and yard for many years before injuries prevented him from being as active as he loved to be. More recently, he especially loved the time he spent with his beloved grandson. In addition to his wife, Kay, of twenty-nine years, he is survived by two daughters, Heather Marbeth and Ashley Marbeth both of Danbury; three sisters, Lore Solano and her husband, Mike, Sherri Aldridge and her husband, Gary and Sandy Marbeth all of Illinois; a grandson, Michael Toth and several nieces and nephews.
