Kenneth “Bud” Skidmore, 78 of London died Wednesday April 23, 2014 in Mt. Carmel West. He was born in Garrison, Kentucky on April 4, 1936 a son of Buster Kenneth and Martha (Kimbler) Skidmore. Buck was a member of the F.O.E. Aerie #950, American Legion Post #105, the Moose on Main Lodge #2696, the Carpenters Union, was a 34 year employee of Westinghouse and was retired from Mahan Construction.
He is survived by sons Ray (Vicki) Skidmore, Kenny (Kay) Skidmore both of London; 3 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; sisters Betty Bloomfield, Cora May and Wilma Collier all of Kentucky; brothers Kenneth Richard, Larry and Nelson Skidmore all of Kentucky, Jerry Browning of Bucyrus and brother in law John Wiget of Columbus. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Shirley (Wiget) Skidmore; brothers Don, Mike, Homer, David and Tommy; sisters Freda Haulk, Gladys Wright and sister in law Peggy Cain.
