Kendra O. Lewin, 14, of McCordsville, passed away at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born December 28, 1998 in Indianapolis to Mark A. and Tammy J. (Bonham) Lewin. Kendra was a freshman at Mt. Vernon High School, an avid horse rider, enjoyed spending time at Lake Sweetwater Spring Breaks in Florida and was a huge roller coaster enthusiast with her favorite park being Cedar Point.
She is survived by her parents; siblings Kayla M., Kara E, Kade D. and Arianna R.; maternal grandmother Sandra Smith; paternal grandparents Daniel and Peggy Lewin; paternal great-grandmother Emmy Lewin; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
