Muncie – Kelvin Allen Snoeberger, 51, of Lakeland, Florida departed this life February 6, 2011, as a result of injuries sustained in an Automobile accident.
Kelvin was born in Muncie on July 17, 1959. His love of travel was reflected by his being a resident of six different states during his life, but was forever proud to be called a Hoosier. Mr. Snoeberger graduated from Edsel Ford High School in Dearborn, Michigan in 1978. Following school, he worked in the security field and ultimately ended his career life in the medical field. Mr. Snoeberger’s working days came to an end after being diagnosed with Stage III Multiple Myeloma in 2005, resulting in a battle which he courageously fought. Kelvin was an avid sports fan and displayed an insatiable love of reading.
He was preceded in death by his father, Karl Allen Snoeberger; a brother, Kevin Allen Snoeberger, Muncie; his grandparents Clarence and Rosie Bird, Muncie, Verlen Snoeberger, Muncie, and Paul and Martha Snoeberger, Anderson; and an uncle Charles Ridge, Muncie. He is survived by his children, Karmen A. Snoeberger, Gaston, and Karl A. Snoeberger, Albany; two grandchildren, Tempest J. Snoeberger and Thorn Snoeberger, Gaston; his parents Pat and Arch Vaughn, Lakeland, Florida; a brother, Kent Allen Snoeberger, (wife-Heather), Jackson, North Carolina; an aunt, Sandie Ridge, Muncie; two cousins, Debbie Ridge, Youngstown, Florida and Tresa Cross, Anderson; and a stepsister, Deann Griggs, (husband-Brian), Trenton, Michigan.
