Kay was preceded in death by her loving grandparents Robert and Gracie Mae Grammer and her father, Albert C. Cowling. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Ronnie; sister, Robin Kutch and husband John; sister-in-law, Ann N. Tomko and husband Jimmy; special niece, Taylor Clark and her children Eden and Jason; as well as many more nieces, nephews and extended family.
