Kay Baggett Kay Baggett, 82 of Centralia, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2018 at her home. She was born July 20, 1935 in Cobden, daughter of Leonard Brown and Sarah Lou (Peterman) Brown. She married Clarence Edward Baggett on July 18, 1951 and he preceded her in death on November 7, 1997.
She is survived by two children: Charles “Chuck” Baggett of Centralia and Kimberly Gammon of Carlyle; four grandsons: Jordy, Ryan, Hunter and Fisher; a sister: Helen Mae Baxter of Missouri; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother: Charles Brown, three sisters: Pauline Parrott, Anita Davis, and Ann Freyenberger Brown, and two nephews. Kay worked at St. Marys Hospital in Centralia for 20 plus years. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Centralia. She enjoyed sewing and cooking.
