Kavin Joy, 42, of Terre Haute went home to be with the Lord on September 4, 2013 at Wishard Burn Center in Indianapolis. Kavin graduated Terre Haute North Vigo High School in 1990. He was employed with Ouback Steakhouse for 14 years and loved his job. He was also half owner with his mother of DH Locksmith. Kavin was preceded in death by his stepfather; Alan Hood, his maternal grandfather; Harold Siverson, and his paternal grandparents; Jack and Becky Joy of West Terre Haute. He is survived by his two children; Joshua and Jessica Joy of Terre Haute, his father and step-mother; Danny and MaryAnn Joy of Seffner Florida, his mother; Donna Hood of Terre Haute, his maternal grandmother; Rosemary Siverson, three sisters; Kim Story, Kerrie White, and Kelly Carter and her husband John of Terre Haute, two brothers; Christopher and Benjamin Joy of Seffner, Florida. He is also survived by five nieces, one nephew, two great nieces, and one great nephew who loved their uncle unconditionally.
