Kathy is survived by her loving husband, William Sewell and children Rhett Sewell, Zachery Sewell and his wife Jessie, John Sewell, Trevor Sewell and Micah Sewell. She is also survived by her mother Alice Robertson and her husband John Addington, grandchildren John Lucas Sewell, Owen Sewell, and sister Lisa Denney.
