Kathy is survived by her loving husband Charles E. Modglin; two sons Ricky Sheets (wife-Andrea) and Steven Sheets; both of Muncie, daughter Vicki Dytmire (husband-Paul); Hartford City, step-son Charles A. Modglin; Muncie, step-daughter Amanda Creason (husband-Ronnie); Muncie, two brothers Jimmy Newell (wife-Karri); and Adam Newell; both of Muncie, three sisters Connie Williams; Nora Modglin (husband-Jim); Jerri Campbell (husband-Tim); all of Muncie, 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents Adam Newell and Frances Coats.
