Kitty Elliott, age 91, of Crestview passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2014, at Crestview Rehab Center. She was born in Vero Beach, FL, on May 17, 1923, to Joseph and Nettie Reams. Kitty moved to Crestview with her family in 1961. When she was younger Kitty worked as a soda jerk and during World War II she was an airplane spotter. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Lucille Edwards.
Kitty is survived by her husband of 70 years Jack Elliott, children: Mike Elliott and Natalie Wells and husband James. Also surviving are her grandchildren: Sean Elliott, Jason Floyd and wife Nicole, and Jennifer Carlee and husband Christian. She is survived by her brother William Reams and 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The celebration of Kitty’s life will be on Monday, June 16, 2014, at 2:00 p.m.
