Kathryn Doreen Nelson, aged 55, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 4, 2021. She was born April 12, 1966, in Loma Linda, California to Richard Leslie Carrillo and Julia Maria Carrillo.
Kathryn loved spending time with her family more than anything. She was married to her first love, Paul, for 32 years. Her daughters, Kristen (30) and Ally (24), were her pride and joy. She loved watching movies like Bend It Like Beckham, playing games like Phase 10, and cooking delicious food for her family – some of which were recipes from her grandmother, Susie C. Morales.
The family pets were her priority and she spent much of her time with Benny, Clementine, and Honey Boy. Clementine is Kristen’s calico cat but was Kathryn’s little shadow. She would refer to Clementine as Grandma’s Girl, or G.G. for short.
Kathryn dedicated nineteen years to Citibank and retired in 2020. During her time at Citibank, she always aimed to be number one out of the whole division. She made some true, lifelong friends here.
