Kathryn Marie D’Agostino, 95, of Houghton, Michigan passed away suddenly at Advent Celebration Hospital in Kissimmee, Florida on March 16, 2022.
Kathryn was born on June 7, 1926, a daughter of Albert and Marie Pelland of Lake Linden Michigan.
Kathryn was united in marriage to John L. D’Agostino of Chicago, IL on June 17 1950. Kathryn and John raised 3 children: John A D’Agostino and Stephen D’Aostino, both of E Grosse Pointe Shores Michigan, and Susan (Perry) Luperini of Tampa, Florida.
Kathryn received her nursing degree from St. Joseph’s school of nursing and she was in the Army Nurse Cadet Corps during World War II.
She enjoyed baking, cooking, boating, watching the hummingbirds in their feeders every spring, and solving word jumble books and crossword puzzles as a past- time.
Her favorite travel plans were to travel, each winter for the last 47 years, to Florida, to escape the Michigan winters and enjoy time with friends they have met from all over the United States.
Kathryn will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
