Kathleen “Kay” Stepp Osborne 86 of Clinton passed away on March 18,
2013 at 12:15am in the Clinton Gardens. She was born on June 29, 1926
in Paris to Fred Stepp and Marie Remlinger Stepp. She was head
of admissions at the Vermillion County Hospital. She was a member of

a daughter Cindy Osborne.
She is survived by a daughter Lynette Hastings of Clinton and a son Roger
& Donna Osborne of Florida. A granddaughter Misty Maloney Riordan of
Georgia, three great grandchildren; Rachel Kathleen Riordan, Patrick
Riordan and Rebekah Grace Riordan all of Georgia. Three sisters; Freida
Pine of Paris, Anna Trover of Paris and Brenda Hammond of Martinsville, IL.
