She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert V. Garner; parents, Raymond & Irene Moore, nee Slaybaugh; and sister Marjorie Horton. She is survived by her children Jennifer & Ronald Smith of Shiloh, IL, and Steven & Beverly Garner of Columbus, MS; four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
