Kathleen G. “Kathy” Wzientek, 68, of Virginia, IL, died Sunday, Jan. 10, 2021, at her home. She was born Sept. 1, 1952, in Jacksonville, the daughter of David C. Sinclair and Lois Ann Nottingham Alexander. She married Tony L. Wzientek on Aug. 15, 1995, in Las Vegas, NV, and he preceded her in death on Aug. 13, 2013.
She is survived by her son, Dave Miller of Virginia; two grandchildren, Clayton Jay Miller and Alexis N. Miller, both of Petersburg; and three sisters, Bonnie (Steve) Herrin of Newton, IA, Kathy’s twin, Coni (Dale) Cox of Virginia, and Mary Ann (Ron) Brockhouse of Virginia.
Kathy was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Virginia, where she had served as a Deacon and was a member of the Service Guild. She enjoyed working at Dollar General in Virginia. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her dog, Ozzie.
