Kathleen A. (Guimond) Poirier 71 of Holyoke passed away at Baystate Medical Center on Dec. 22, 2019 after a brief illness. Born In Holyoke she was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Scanlon) Guimond and was educated in Holyoke schools. She worked at Baystate Medical Center as a Secretary for several years. She was predeceased by her husband Roger Poirier in 2000 and is survived by 3 daughters Sage Poirier and Sarah Poirier both of Holyoke and Colleen Poirier of W. Springfield, a sister Marylou Contois of Holyoke,2 grandchildren Heather and Zachary, 3 great Grandchildren Daniel, Kaylee and Anthony, several nieces and nephews and her very close friend Peg Garvey of Chicopee.
