Katherine “Kate” E. Webber, 49, native Miamian, passed away March 12, 2012. Kate was the loving and devoted daughter of Frank and Sylvia Webber. She was predeceased by her father, Frank and her three older siblings, Cecelia, Allison and Peter. Kate is survived by her brothers and sisters, MaryAnn, Mark, Janet and John, her 21 nieces and nephews and 14 great nieces and nephews.
Kate was everyone’s favorite – sister, aunt, great-aunt, godmother and friend, who was adored and loved by all. One can never forget Kate’s smile and infectious laugh and one couldn’t help but feel happy when around her. She had many hobbies that made her special and unique, from puzzles to listening to music of all genres–opera, Moody Blues, ELO and jazz, to name a few. She was a huge sports enthusiast, who loved numerous teams but definitely stayed true to the CANES most of all. We will never forget you, Kate. As your sister said, “You were everything that is good in this world; we love you and you will forever live on in our hearts.” Special thanks to Kate’s caregivers, Ingrid Gordon and Mary Sinclair.
