Oakville – Karen Marie Franceschini, age 55 of Oakville, passed away peacefully on Sunday August 10, 2014 in the VITAS Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Karen was born in Waterbury on April 15, 1959 a daughter of the late Michael and Marjorie (Weymer) Franceschini. She was currently employed at St. Mary’s Hospital and formerly worked as the head cook at the Embassy Room in loved traveling, especially to Aruba and also loved animals, children and music.
