She is survived by her mother Sylvia Girten, fathers Bill Estes & Chris Girten, sister Kimberly Girten & numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Kara loved her large family, trips to the beaches of Calif., and going to the movies with her father Bill. A highlight of her life was a three week trip to France, taken with her high school friends.
