     Justin Matthew Decker, 35, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2013 in Indianapolis. He was born, November 12, 1977, in Muncie, the son of John W. and Patti J. Osborne Decker. He attended Yorktown schools, graduated from Yorktown High School in 1996, where he played football, and attended Indiana Truck Drivers Institute.

      Justin was employed at Miller Pipeline, and had been a truck driver for Werner Trucking, Bowman’s Trucking, Hiner Trucking and McIntire Concrete and Gravel.

     He belonged to the Pipe Fitters Union out of Terre Haute.

     Justin was an avid outdoorsman.

     Surviving are his parents, John W. and Patti J. Decker; Yorktown; his brother, Jeremy Decker, (wife, Amanda), Noblesville; his sister, Jennifer Duncan, (husband, Dwight), Danville; his niece, Shelby Duncan; his nephews, Lance Decker, Luke Decker and Samuel Duncan; his grandmother, Mary Lou Osborne, Anderson; his aunts and uncles, Gary Decker, Muncie; David and Crystal Decker, Anderson, Linda and Dean Black, Hampton, VA, Sherry and Jim Bentley, Port St. Lucie, FL, and Brenda Oakes, Naugatuck, CN; his good friends, John Matt Craw and Melissa Krug; and several cousins. 

     He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Garland E. and Garnetta J. Decker, and Leroy E. Osborne; and his aunt, Brenda K. Crouse.
