June Laurine Feller of Littleton, Colorado died at her home on February 15th,  2022, of natural causes. She was born June 29, 1934 in Elkader, Iowa, daughter of William John Feller and Lillian Agneta Moser Feller. 

She and her older brother, John A. Feller were born on a family farm. They went to a country farm school all grades in one class. She and her family moved to Strawberry Point, Iowa. She graduated from Strawberry Point High School in 1952. Her mother and father owned a restaurant in town, where June worked as a waitress. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa. June was a school teacher. 

She met and married Edwin F. Brink, Jr. in 1959 and lived in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. They had three children Hal Brink, Elizabeth Brink (Murray-Thomas) and Mary Brink (Temple-Eric). The family moved to Arvada, Colorado in 1966 because June and Ed had fallen in love with Colorado on their honeymoon. June and Ed stayed busy providing for their family, she taught school as a teacher and a substitute teacher. They moved to Littleton in 1973. Over the years they obtained and managed rental properties. In 1983 they opened a retail business where they worked until retirement. 

She enjoyed and loved her six grandchildren and was very proud of their accomplishments, Wesley Temple (33, Electric Proprietor), Phillip Murray (33,  Yale PhD), Jennifer Murray Clarry (30, Registered Nurse), Carli Murray (25, Civil  Engineer), Chakwah Brink (17, Senior at Meeker HS) and Casey Brink (16, Junior at Meeker HS). She babysat all of them and was a big help to her children who worked outside the home (a tremendous help to Hal). She was a great grandma to Cooper Clarry and Sage Temple. 

June could make almost anything, she was an excellent cook, loved sewing,  knitting, drawing, painting, embroidering and was very artistic, She always kept herself busy. She was also very prudent and sensible and lived a simple life and was happy doing so. She volunteered to help children learn to read. She and Ed  liked traveling through the mountains of Colorado. She loved her family and cherished time with her family. 

June also loved to watching sports. Baseball was one of her favorites, along with the Denver Broncos, and tennis player Rafael Nadel. She also loved to walk along the Platte River path and enjoyed nature. She walked every day for many years. 

After retiring June and Ed moved to Riverwalk in 2000, a community in Littleton, where she was very involved. She wrote the newsletter for the community, She attended and participated in the homeowner’s association meetings, served on many committees, held art classes and water aerobics, took line dancing  classes, had a ladies poker group, she participated in many activities at the community clubhouse. Ed passed in 2005. She was very happy they had moved  there, she felt safe and enjoyed the community. She lived there for 22 years and was happy to stay in her own home as she got older. 

June is survived by her three children, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grand children, two son in laws, Eric Temple, and Thomas Murray, Boadachia mother of 2 grandsons, her grandson’s wife Kelsey Temple, her granddaughter’s husband  Kevin Clarry, her two sister in laws, Verdis Feller, and Jean Brink Chorbajian, her brother in law, Torky Chorbajian, her nieces, Kim Feller Chapman, Julie Brink  Neistats, Laura Chorbajian, Beth Chorbajian Weekley and her nephews, Robert Feller, Daniel Feller, Todd Brink, Philip Brink and the children of her nieces and  nephews.
