June Carolyn Wilks grew up in Northern Virginia (Arlington Area). She was born on March 23, 1937 in Page County, VA and attended Washington and Lee High School. She married and, over the years, had 4 children who loved her very much: Joe, Scott, Kim and Sallie. After her husband Robert Wilks’ retirement, she moved South to Port Charlotte, FL and managed to survive hurricane Charlie.
