June A. Radecki, 72, of South Bend, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2007, in Hill Country Memorial Hospital, Fredericksburg, TX.
She was born on June 29, 1934, in Elkhart, IN, to the late Simon R. and Wilma (Rogers) Hostetler and lived in this area all of her life. On June 25, 1955, she married Marion Radecki.
Along with her husband of 51 years, she is survived by three daughters, Renee Radecki of Minneapolis, MN, Michelle Bitney of St. Paul, MN and Laura Shields of Greenburg, IN; four sons, Mark Radecki of Cedar Park, TX, Anthony Radecki of Houston, TX, Michael Radecki of South Bend and Matthew Radecki of Seattle, WA; fourteen grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; two sisters, Maryellen Dutton of San Diego, CA and Minotta “Ann” Holt of Kennewick, WA; and by a brother, Simon Richard “Joe” Hostetler of Bradenton, FL.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Joseph Oliver Hostetler, Robert Jonas Hostetler and Howard Lee Hostetler.
Mrs. Radecki was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus B.M. Catholic Church, South Bend, where she was a member of the choir and the Apostleship of Prayer.
