Julia Reed Monte, 82, of Cumming, GA passed away on September 21, 2013. Born in Springfield, MA she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Anna Naylor. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert F. Monte. Throughout her long teaching career, Julia was an inspiration to her students and colleagues at Daytona Beach Community College. She is survived by her son, Robert J. (Mona) Monte of Cumming, GA; daughter, Joan (Hermann Reisig) Monte of Cumming, GA; daughter, Susan (Stephen) Strader of Preston, CT; grandchildren, Kai Reisig, Summar Monte, Maire Monte, Kellen Strader and Seth Strader; great grandchildren, Lynn Beryl, Quinn, and Micah.
