Julia “Juel” Rothhardt 94, of Toms River, NJ died on Saturday, September 20, 2014, at Hampton Ridge Nursing Home in Toms River, NJ. Born in East Union, PA, she lived in Hillside, NJ, and graduated from Hillside High School at the age of 16.

She then went on to marry and raise a family with love and compassion in the West Essex area of NJ before moving to Toms River, NJ in 2009. Juel was a top-notch secretary for various firms throughout her career but the most rewarding was at Our Lady of the Lake parish in Verona, NJ before retiring at the age of 65. Being a devout Catholic, she was very active in her parish. Juel was also a member of the Catholic Daughters and the Legion of Mary. She was predeceased by her parents Lucas and Mary Mihilechko; her loving husband George Rothhardt; her brother John Molesko and her three sisters Anne Molesko, Verne Isbrecht, and Mary Fitzpatrick.

Surviving are her two daughters Janice Johnson and her husband Walter of Toms River, NJ, and Valerie Zerance of Caldwell, NJ; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren with one on the way and many nieces and nephews.
