Julia (Judy) Denman Wiggins, 84, Ringgold, departed this life on Monday, July 6, 2009, and entered the gates of Paradise to reside with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for eternity. Mrs. Wiggins was a lifelong resident of Ringgold and a 1942 graduate of Ringgold High School. She then graduated from Young Harris College. She continued her education at the University of Georgia where she received her degree in education. Upon graduation from Georgia, she returned to Ringgold and taught at Ringgold Elementary School until she started her family. After her children were raised, she was employed as a receptionist at Wiggins Law Office until 1998. Mrs.
