Julia C. Craig 84 of Clinton went to be with her heavenly father on Dec 27, 2011 at
5:40pm in Clinton Gardens. She was born on Feb 9, 1927 in Clinton to Mike
Markello and Margaret Dionisio Markello. She had worked 40 years at Murphy’s
and later at M&M Laundry.
Women’s Auxillary and the Italian American Club.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister Anna James, a brother Jim Markello,
two nieces Mindy Long and Laura Murray.
She is survived by a son Mike & Kim Craig of Clinton, a daughter Denise Craig of
Clinton, a brother John & Martha Markello of Robinson, IL., and a sister Dorothy
& Ray Cox of Terre Haute. Three grandchildren; Melissa Craig of Terre Haute,
Shameika Hughes and Shakia Hughes of Clinton. Three great grandchildren; Daniel,
Elizabeth and Holdyn “Boogie”. Also, several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host
of friends.
