Jules served in the U.S. Air Force during WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Norra and Florence Laine Norra; his wife, Lena G. Norra; 3 sisters, Myra, Anna Rose, and Myrtle; and 1 brother, Joe.Survivors include his children, Jacqueline George and husband Tommy, Jules Raymond Norra Jr. and wife Martha, Julie Zeringue and husband Timmy; his 7 grandchildren, Erin, Raymond, Tommy, Stacie, Alexis, Gabriel, and Zion; and his 5 great grandchildren, Ethan, Allen, Elijah, Arielle, and Emmett.
