Judy Kae Stecker, age 76, of Warsaw, MO, passed away Monday, June 19, 2017, surrounded by her family, at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia, MO. She was born on February 11, 1941, in Burt, Iowa, the daughter of Edward and Helen Ollum Weiske. Judy grew up in Burt, Iowa and graduated from Burt High School in 1959. On June 28, 1959, she was united in marriage to Julius Stecker and they made their home in Iowa where unto this union, one son, Terry and a daughter, Desiree, were born. In July of 1985, they moved to Warsaw and Judy worked for G & W Foods for a number of years. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church of Warsaw. She enjoyed crafts of all sorts, going to flea markets and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and two sisters. Judy is survived by her devoted husband, Julius, son, Terry Stecker (Twila) of LeMars, Iowa and daughter, Desiree Valentine (Tracey) of Pomeroy, Iowa, 6 grandchildren, Tara (Scott) Geddes, Tasha (Mike) Fowler, Toni (Brian) Niehus, Nathan Botine and fiancé, Lauren Borkowski, Matthew Botine and Courtney Ensley, 11 great-grandchildren, one sister, Myrna (Harold) Shafer, other relatives and friends.
