DURHAM Mrs. Judy Riggsbee Holder, 71, of 1533 Marly Drive, died on Sunday, September 02, 2012, after a courageous battle with . Holder was a native and lifelong resident of Durham, the daughter of the late Ralph Riggsbee and Mavis Hinsdale Riggsbee. She retired from RTI. She was a member of the Bethesda Baptist Church and the Encouragers Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles is survived by her three daughters, Karyn Watkins of Hurdle Mills, Conni Rigsbee and Krista Harris both of Durham; 4 grandchildren, Jessica Rigsbee, Jacob Fish, Haley Harris, Ryan Harris and a great-grandson, Braylen Fish.
